Pre-launching Campaign Terms

1. The Campaign

The Pre-launching Plans are a campaign created to acquire the first customers of the Soccial.com service, while the development team finishes everything necessary to make the first Beta version available.

  1. The plans that will be available:
    1. Bronze;
    2. Gold;
  2. The plans are time limited;
  3. The plans, in addition to discounts up to 50%, also offer a set of limited exclusive features, some for life and exclusive, others valid for the duration of the plans (between 1 and 2 years, excluding the Beta phase - version development);
  4. Each plan has a limited number, not disclosed. As soon as the time of a campaign is up - which can be changed along the campaign -, or as it reached the limit number, a new campaign will start with extra special features, always lower than the ones in the previous plans.

2. Campaign period

  1. The validity periods represented in the campaign start counting from the moment of activation of the plan's features and only when an official non-Beta version is released;
  2. During the Beta phase (development versions), purchasers of any plan will benefit from all the features acquired and already available.

3. Eligibility

  1. It will only be possible to activate plans on legitimate businesses, in accordance with the law in force in the acquirer's country/state/region.
  2. We reserve the right to reject any business, brand or individual that could potentially endanger the safety of our users, without the need for a refund.

4. Payment

  1. During the campaign, only annual plans are available with the addition of an extra year (in starter plans). Plans only start counting when the first official version is released (not Beta - development version).
  2. Payment is exclusively made online (or payment details are made available online) through:
    1. Our website https://www.soccial.com/forbusiness;
    2. A custom form created by one of our authorized sellers and sent exclusively from billing@soccial.com (do not accept any other form of payment);
    3. We are not responsible for any other form of payment.

5. After payment

  1. You will receive an email with the activation code via email.
    1. A service activation code will be generated, which can be used in any business once the first Beta version for premium companies is released.
  2. If you don't receive an email with the activation code within 24 hours, you must:
    1. Check your SPAM folder;
    2. Contact us at support@soccial.com, along with the reference and email you indicated in the order;
    3. You will be informed by email as soon as it is possible to activate your service activation code.

6. Subscription (Regular Plans and Pre-launching Plans)

  1. There will be 4 types of subscription available:
    1. Monthly;
    2. Quarterly;
    3. Semestral;
    4. Annual.
  2. Subscriptions will only be available when the campaign ends;
  3. The Pre-launching Plans campaign are not a subscription. A subscription has to be created once the pack expires within a maximum period of 90 days in order not to lose the lifetime features of the pack.

7. Service validity and warranties

  1. The service will be valid as long as:
    1. Does not exceed 90 days without payment (or the creation of a monthly, quarterly, semestral or annual subscription) after the end of the plan term;
    2. Other rules represented in this and other terms at https//www.soccial.com/info/privacy.
  2. Depending on the plan purchased, you will have access to the:
    1. Early Innovators Club
      1. Business communities (Soccial Clubs) that will be the initial force and driving force for the growth of the inspirational business component on Soccial and will be equipped with special features on the platform so that they can collaborate on a concept of partnerships in shared economy, management and optimization of resources;
      2. 4 communities will be created (separated by languages ​​and/or countries/regions/states), according to the plan purchased in the campaign:
        1. Bronze;
        2. Silver;
        3. Gold;
        4. Diamond.
      3. A global community will also be created, also separated by language, country/region/state, with all “Early Innovators”, including digital influencers, creators, social impact organizations, people and companies;
      4. These communities will have access to priority support, as well as the ability to experience and analyze in near real-time suggestions of new features for Soccial that may be useful in growing their businesses.
    2. Lifetime Features
      1. Lifetime features are those that will never expire, with the exception of those that fail the above rules, and can be:
        1. Extra relevancy - in addition to the 50% relevancy boost in search and discovery features, some plans may have up to 7% extra lifetime relevancy;
        2. Up to 25% discount on subscriptions;
        3. Priority support.
    3. Other campaign features
      1. 0% commissions - some campaign plans offer 0% commissions for a limited time (between 1 to 5 years after the plan is activated);
  3. Associated stores
    1. Associated stores are those that are exactly the same brand that originally purchased the plan and are managed by the same brand manager as the original brand activation (you will only have access to an administration area to manage these stores);
    2. Associated stores absorb the same rights as the brand that originally activated the campaign pack.

8. Cancellation/Refund

  1. All plans are limited to a reduced “stock”. Therefore, cancellation is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid. All purchases made are considered sold.

9. Terms and Privacy

  1. We will use your brand as an example of inspiration in our marketing campaigns. You can request the non-use of your brand for this purpose to support@soccial.com;
  2. The information you provide in the campaign form will be subject to the company's privacy policy found at https://www.soccial.com/info/privacy.

10. Rights

  1. During the period of this specific campaign, no plan can have better conditions than a previous plan. In this case, the previous plans will benefit from the conditions of the new plan;
  2. Any plan may be transferred, exchanged or sold in accordance with applicable law. The price or form of exchange is decided by the legal holder of the plan. Soccial will provide a feature to facilitate downloading the lifetime benefits of the plan;
  3. This campaign does not save payment data for future automatic charges. You will be notified to create a subscription to the service once the validity period of the plans purchased in the campaign expires. You will have up to 90 days to subscribe to continue benefiting from the lifetime conditions of the purchased plan.

11. Legal Notices

  1. You are purchasing a product that will be rolled out gradually. The actual release dates will depend on a number of factors. There is no guarantee as to the release dates shown;
  2. You will not have access to the service before the launch of the first beta version for premium companies, which encompasses all entities that have purchased any campaign plan;
  3. Any campaign rule loses its effectiveness / validity in countries, states or any other region with administrative powers which conflicts with any local law;
  4. The plan and/or lifetime features will be canceled, without any formal notice, if:
    1. Failure to comply with any core rule of our community, that is, something that may jeopardize the safety of our users;
    2. Going more than 90 days without purchasing and/or paying the monthly, quarterly, semestral or annual subscription.
  5. Entities may be permanently or temporarily excluded from the “Early Innovators Club” communities if they represent situations of uneasiness and/or malfunction in these communities, without this meaning the loss of the remaining rights acquired in the campaign plan.

12. Final Notes

  1. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes or proceedings will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts, under Portuguese law.
  2. We reserve the right to change these Terms, but never to limit the rights acquired with the purchase of plans. Please check the website regularly for updates.

It is strictly prohibited to post or share any objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior within our application on any platform.

Content Moderation Measures

We have implemented measures to moderate user-generated content and ensure a safe environment. However, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be immediately detected or removed. We encourage users to report any objectionable content or abusive behavior encountered in the application so that we can take the necessary actions.

Blocking Abusive Users

Soccial allows users to block other users who are engaging in abusive behavior. If you encounter a user who is harassing, threatening, or behaving harmfully, you have the option to block them. By blocking a user, you will no longer receive messages or interactions from that user.

To block a user, access the settings in your profile or the options for interacting with that specific user. The blocking option will be available and will allow you to take steps to protect yourself from abusive users.

Responsible Use

By using Soccial, you agree to use it responsibly, respecting the rights of other users and complying with all applicable laws. It is not allowed to violate intellectual property rights, distribute viruses, or engage in activities that may compromise the security of the application or its users.
